Victor’s entrepreneurial spirit thrives as the co-founder of "Coconut Joint Venture Capital,” a venture he launched alongside his uncle, Frank. With over a decade of experience as a realtor and residential property investor, Victor has built an impressive track record in real estate. His passion for growth has now led him to the multifamily sector, where he contributes as a key member of the Multifamily buying team.
Driven by his belief in abundance, Victor is deeply committed to expanding his network and sharing the wealth of his knowledge with others. His mission is to foster mutual growth, empowering individuals to thrive and create lasting legacies. Today, Rowena is actively focused on multifamily real estate investments, leveraging her diverse background, disciplined execution, and people-first perspective to identify and scale high-quality assets. Amorsolo Angco

Amorsolo Angco brings over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience across mission-critical, blue-collar industries, where discipline, accountability, and execution are non-negotiable. He spent a significant portion of his career as a mechanic supporting Striker Vehicles for the U.S. Army under the Department of Defense, operating in high-stakes environments where precision and reliability directly impacted outcomes.
In parallel, Amorsolo served as a certified commercial truck driver, leading teams and operations that required consistency, safety, and trust. Through decades of frontline leadership, he developed a values-driven approach rooted in integrity, respect for people, and responsibility to the broader community.
Amorsolo is guided by a simple but powerful philosophy: progress comes from continuing to move forward—especially through obstacles.
